Thursday, June 23; Thursday June 30; Friday, July 15; and Saturday, July 16, 2016
It's never too early to start preparing for next season! As you begin to plan your summer schedule we would like you to consider bringing your team to Albion College for one of our Summer 2016 Team Shootouts. Our shootouts provide a great opportunity for you and your team to be able to compete and gain valuable game experience.
We are offering four sessions this year. In each session, you will also have you an opportunity to take part in the overtime tournament following the last game of your team's session. This is a great teaching tool for both you and your players. All of your games will be played either in our
Dow Fieldhouse, or on our home floor in
Kresge Gymnasium. One of your games will also be video taped by the Albion staff and sent as a downloadable file to your email.
This would also be an excellent opportunity to have several of your athletes seen by the Albion College coaching staff. If you have any additional questions or would like to register you can call me at 517/629-0516, e-mail at
email@example.com, use the form below, or print off and mail in the

Head Coach / Camp Director
Doreen Carden will be entering her sixteenth season as head coach of the Women's Basketball Program. In her fifteen seasons leading the Britons she has compiled the most wins in program history surpassing the 200 victory milestone during the 2012-2013 campaign. In her first season she helped lead the Britons to the second most wins in school history and improved from the season before by 13 games (one game short of a NCAA record for most improved season).
During her illustrious fifteen year career she has led the Britons to eleven winning seasons, including the first ever trip to NCAA post season play and the first ever MIAA Conference Tournament Championship. She led the 04-05 team to the program's first ever MIAA Conference Championship, and the program's best season, with a 25-5 record before losing in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.
Autumn Haggadone, '11, a fouryear letter winner and captain for the Britons during the 2010-2011 season, returns to her alma mater as assistant coach. She helped the Britons compile a 62-44 record during her career.
Haggadone is a certified K-12 physical education and secondary health teacher. She previously taught at Leslie High School from 2012-2015, where she served as the junior varsity girl's basketball coach and assistant varsity coach. While at Leslie she was also the assistant varsity softball coach.
Originally from Goodrich Mich., Haggadone was a two-time first team all-Genesee Area Conference award winner as a player. The team won four league titles and two district titles. She finished leading her team to the regional final her senior year, holding a 23-3 record.
