2016-2017 Season: An at-large selection to the all-MIAA team after helping Albion rack up 168 points in the league championship meet...Finished third with the 200 freestyle and 400 medley relay teams, fourth in the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays and breaststroke events and fifth in the 200 individual medley...Achieved distinction as the MIAA's Athlete of the Week for the first time in her career Jan. 17 after winning four events as Albion handed Calvin a rare dual meet loss.

2016 MIAA Championships: Placed her name on the school record board with swims in the 200 and 400 medley and 400 freestyle relay events...Reached the championship final in the 100 breaststroke (finishing sixth) and 200 breaststroke (finishing eighth)...Swam in the consolation heat of the 200 individual medley, finishing ninth overall.

2015: Achieved a lifetime-best 200 freestyle split (2:00.97) to help Albion finish fourth in the 800 freestyle relay during the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Championships...Finished 14th in the 100 breaststoke and 15th in the 100 freestyle (54.62 in the preliminary, 55.09 in the final).

2014: Produced 12 points in the MIAA Championships, finishing 10th in the 100 breaststroke and 12th in the 200 breaststroke.

Personal: A political science and philosophy major and communications minor...Daughter of Richard and Vonda Slocum.
